Who We Are

Baked & Pickled started out as a small stand at the Collingwood farmer’s market. Baked bread, fresh tortillas and pickled goods sold by Paul Luckett. That was his passion project while working full-time in the corporate world.

Filiz, his supporting wife, reminded Paul that he wasn’t getting any younger. If he was going to pursue his dream of opening a traditional Mexican restaurant, he better act soon.

Fast forward 10 years! Baked & Pickled is a thriving family-owned restaurant in the heart of Collingwood. It’s a lunchtime hot spot, a local favourite and should definitely be on your list of places to eat.

The service is friendly, the meals are satisfying, and the values have remained true. Baked & Pickled is authentic Mexican cooking that everyone can enjoy.
