Baked and Pickled Catering for 12+ people

With Baked and Pickled Catering we cook just for you! From our homemade salsas to our frijoles, which cook for a minimum of 8hrs, we make our authentic Mexican foods from scratch. With B&P catering you get to choose the flavours and heat levels of your meat or vegetarian options. We make our sauces and salsas with imported chiles, herbs and spices straight from Mexico while using local produce whenever possible. Your custom catering options are only limited by your imagination!

Taco Bar -2 tacos/person and includes: 1 Meat– beef, chicken or pork carnitas(heat level- mild ancho, med Guajillo, Loco), Mexi green rice, frijoles(vegetarian/vegan), pico de gallo, Shredded cabbage, 1 B&P salsa(mild, med or Loco), Tortilla

Loaded Taco Bar– 3 tacos/person and includes, 2 meats of your choice(2xbeef $)(beef, pork, chicken or vegetarian chorizo w ancho potatoes), Mexi Green rice, Frijoles(veg/vegan), Pico de gallo, Queso blanco, Shredded cabbage, 2 B&P salsas(Mild Charred Poblano w Blue agave, Medium Verde, Hot Charred Jalapeno, Loco Molcajete), Tortilla chips, Guacamole, Crema (Mexican Cream w Lime), 1 B&P pickled jalapenos, Tortilla- B&P white or yellow corn(Made w Organic non GMO corn, Water and Lime, thats it!) Gluten free, Vegan, Blue corn tortilla are also available($)

Grande enchiladas (minimum order applies(8))-(steak, chipotle pork, frijoles, or chicken) w frijoles, potatoes and wrapped in our seasoned 13” flour tortilla. In your choice of our mild Rojo, hot Rojo or verde enchilada sauce, topped with poblanos, peppers, queso blanco and queso cotija. Includes rice

Loaded Burritos wrapped and ready to eat -choice of meat(Ancho beef, Chilpotle pork, Guajillo chicken or vegetarian chorizo), mild or fire rice, frijoles, cheese, pico, cabbage, guacamole, crema, choice of salsa.

B&P Fiesta Loaded Nachos-A large tray of our fresh corn tortilla chips. Topped with our homemade toppings including frijoles, pico de gallo, shredded cabbage, guacamole, crema, salsa and B&P Pickled Jalapenos. Vegetarian($45+taxes), Vegetarian Chorizo or Con carne

Tamales– we make our tamales from scratch and will make to order including vegetarian, con carne(w meat) or dulce (dessert). Please let me know if you would like more detail. (Minimum order applies)

Elote– Street Corn ON the cob or Esquites– Street corn OFF the cob- Either way our B&P street corn is delicious! Our street corn includes our homemade crema lime sauce, queso cotija and choice of our homemade chile lime powder(mild) or smoked chile lime powder(med+ heat) (minimum order applies. Ensalada-ask for details about our fresh seasonal Mexican salads including jicama pomegranate and chayote agave lime (seasonal pricing)

We are happy to cater to any dietary needs/restrictions including gluten free, Vegetarian, Vegan, nut allergy etc. Please just let us know if required.

Churros/Tostada dulce- our freshly made churros/tostadas dulce are available for your next event! Plain, icing sugar or freshly ground Mexican cinnamon sugar(Minimum order applies)

Frijoles Refritos, Frijoles Charros, Frijoles Borrachos- Beans, Beans, Beans, we love our beans! We make all of our frijoles in house daily and cook them for a minimum of 8hrs. Whether you like them refried, drunk or cowboy’d up we’ve got your beans! Our Taco Bars include our regular frijoles, frijoles negros con chile morita, black beans with white onion and smoked chiles. If you are interested in any of our other tasty frijoles options please let us know.

Jarritos Mexican Sodas– Flavours include- Strawberry, Grapefruit, Mango, Mineral Water, Guava, Tamarind, Pineapple, Lime, Manadarin, Fruit Punch, Mexican Cola and Sangria

B&P Large Agua Fresca(made fresh for you!) Jamaica, Horchata or Tamarindo(serve 30+)

Baked and Pickled staff– our staff are available to help. please let us know if interested in having our staff help to set up and serve(table service not available) 

Plates/Cutlery– If plates/cutlery are required please let us know quantity required so we can provide pricing. Plates/Cutlery are not included in pricing provided. 

Decorations- please ask for pricing: Fiesta Flags, Handmade Mexican Pinata,Candy Fill- Bags of Mexican candies, Fiesta table cloths (4) and napkins, Jarritos Fiesta Umbrella rental(XL)

Warming trays rental (2x3hr fuel included w each tray)
